Dear colleague
Opportunities for Myplace and Learning Technology training for the start of the new session are given below.

·         Myplace 2013 Workshops<https://bookings.strath.ac.uk/courseDetails.asp?course=M13W> – 3, 5, 9, 11 September<x-apple-data-detectors://0>

These sessions will demonstrate new features available in Myplace following the summer 2013 upgrades, highlight Myplace use for assessment and feedback and emphasise Myplace copyright issues.

A working knowledge of Myplace (Moodle) is assumed.

·         Getting Started with Myplace<http://bookings.strath.ac.uk/courseDetails.asp?course=GSM1> – Thursday 12th September<x-apple-data-detectors://1>

An introduction and overview of commonly used tools and features for those who are completely new to or who have limited experience of Myplace.

·         Teaching and Learning Online<http://bookings.strath.ac.uk/courseDetails.asp?course=TLON>  – Monday 14th October<x-apple-data-detectors://2>

Stand-alone course or the first half of an Advanced Academic Studies accredited module. The course will be delivered online over a six week period and will require a commitment of about four hours per week. A working knowledge of Myplace (Moodle) is assumed.
