For each lighting zone, you define the percentage of the overall lighting gain of the zone (the sum of all lighting zones should be 100%, of course). So in your example, you could define two sensor positions, e.g. 2 m and 4 m from the façade. You could then give the façade-nearer lighting zone 40% installed power and the back zone 60% of the installed power.
