Hi all:

I keep seeing bits of information on the list about new file
formats that involve a more flexible tagging structure.

I am presently batch generating and simulating approximately
17,000 houses through ESP-r. I use templates and either add or replace lines to
be representative of each individual house.

My question is: has anyone begun to document their new “tagged”
format changes similar to the old “Data Model Summary (2001)”?

Obviously the cfg is now tagged.

Specifically, I have seen reference to the geo file being
tagged, and perhaps the con file and certain databases being tagged?

Using the preferences->upgrade_files command I could only
update the geo file.

There are presently some real drawbacks in the present file
structure, such as fixed spacing.

Thanks
