These applications currently use historical weather data which has remained fairly stable over the past 20 to 30 years.  However with the advent of climate change, designers will need to address the affect of changing weather patterns over next, say, 15 – 30 years covering the life of the services/building.  <o:p></o:p> <o:p> </o:p> The next generation of climate change information will be presented in probabilistic terms as with the UKCIP08 climate scenarios, being developed by the Hadley Centre.
