[esp-r] Python-based "simulation of variants toolbox"

To whom it may be of interest,

as test-case/learning ground for setting up a readthedocs project, I used my python-based variant toolbox “package”. For anyone interested, you can find the documentation (with a link to the GitHub repo) here: https://esprsim.readthedocs.io/en/v0.8.6/.

The toolbox and documentation are (very) “beta”, but if you don’t have your own setup ...
