[esp-r] ESP-r heads-up

Hi All

Paul Strachan has noticed an inconvenience with the latest release of 
ESP-r. To avoid dumping simulation output files in a model’s cfg folder, 
we now write these files to a tmp folder (../tmp relative to the cfg 
folder). While this new folder now exists for all exemplar models, it 
will need to be created for any existing model before simulation. You 
may also need to make some changes to any scripts you may be using.
