[esp-r] gtool on WSL

Gtool for esp-r is now working on Windows 10 WSL Ubuntu 18.04 LTS with
VcXsrv X server. The end result is quite like running Hummingbird Exceed on
Windows 95 in the mid 90s of which Fluent is still using.

Next I'll try XFCE 4 desktop to see if performance can be further enhanced.
