[esp-r] Gtool

Hello everyone

No problems compiling or running  esp-r but the gtool module is a 
problem. It doesn't exist and the esprc file has a glitch it would seem 
so it didn't install:

*cad,CAD package,gtool,UNKN

Haven't done any more to find the data from the source code yet and I 
have tried to find this software elsewhere on the internet to manually 
update the install.

Drawn a bit of a blank so any help appreciated
