[esp-r] FW: Hint when exemplar models get updated in ESP-r

This observation was noted during a University workshop where some
students had previously worked on a model and made some errors
and then asked to work with that exemplar again in the Project Manager...
The exemplar model was copied over the original (messed up) model
but on Windows did not overwrite the original messed up files so the
problem persisted. What you should do is move the faulty model or
get rid of it before requesting the exemplar again. Or you could
provide a slightly different folder name.

When copying a model from the exemplar list, first delete the directory
if there is already a model of that name - otherwise if there are
additional files in that directory they will still remain (e.g.
incorrect casual gains control file ....).
