The usual password for such features is 101. You might also want to have some
conversations with Iain Macdonald at the National Research Council in Canada
who wrote the underlying method.

Subject: [esp-r] UNCERTAINTY ANALYSIS
Hi ESP-r community,
I need to perform some uncertainty and sensitivity analysis. The "define
uncertainties" option is password protected because it is under
development. Where can I get the password?
Thank you for any information.
Kind Regards,
Linda Nkatha Gichuyia
