[esp-r] dual-setpoint for optical control of transparent materials

Dear all,

I have a question regarding optical control of transparent materials.

In order to avoid instability of shadowing controllers, these are
usually implemented with two setpoints to switch between two states. For
example, if solar radiation is above 200 W/m2 is ON, if then solar
radiation falls below 150 W/m2 is OFF.

My question is if this is possible to model in ESP-r, and, if not, if
wouldn't be worth implementing it in future releases of the Program.

Kind regards,
Bruno
