[esp-r] Re: CFD problem - cannot get results

Conflation type 2 is not supported anymore. As a quick fix change the 
number 2 to 4 on the second line of the domain flow definition (dfd) 
file using a text editor (4 is a more recent conflation type).

The interface will be updated and should be available in the next release.
