[esp-r] Walls Between Zones

Dear All,

How should one model the walls between zones? As far as I understand, 
ESP-r will enclose all zones completely will walls and the user needs to 
delete from one of the zones if the walls are shared. Then, the 
connection needs to be defined by using "surface in another zone."

In this process, does it matter from which zone one of the walls is 
deleted? Also, what happens if both walls are left remaining in the model?

In addition, what do "BASEIMP foundation" and "CEN 13791 partition" 
point to?
