there is a component in plant library, "Slab-on-grade hydronic floor" component 
63. I think it can be used for hot or cold ceiling  systems. But be aware that 
the computational times increase dramatically especially if you are going to 
model a lot of thermal zones. 
In branch Marco_Manzan I modified the file src/cetc/radiant_floor.F in order to  
avoid real huge execution times in the case of multiple zones, still also for 
the single zone the solution is slow.
