Rather dull place where all the weather parameters are zero. ;-)

A RH at zero is going to cause all kinds of trouble with long wave radiant
exchange. Have a look at a real climate and see what kind of RH happens
at around zero outside temperature.

Subject: [esp-r] climate data

Dear everybody,

I want to create my own weather-data-file without solar radiation and
wind speed.

What are the minimum values for diffuse and global radiation as well as
for wind speed, wind direction and humidity I can use?
Can esp-r deal with constant values over the whole simulation period of
0 for diffuse and global radiation and wind speed?

I tested it and the results don't seem to be reasonable.

Thank you very much for your help,
Hannah
