[esp-r] How work with .WEA files in ESP-r?

I am starting my work with ESP-r software and I am using a ESP-r  to
windows platform .

 I am needing work with WEA weathwer file data.

This version does’nt work with a separate CL module, and I understood  I
could import wea file using  Model Management->b. data basemaintenace->a.
annual climate->g. EPW>> binary import , but that does’nt work.

Can you explain me how I can import this files ?
