[esp-r] problem error.

version of ESP-r : v11
operation system : windows vista

i still studying this software. i follow the design step by step like on 
cookbook 2010. my problem is when i push the button 'made from existing 
vertices' to complete window part on the room that separate with other room, the 
software is stop running automatically. i not be able to complete the design.

the other problem is sometime when i key in the input data, the system cannot 
keeping the data. then i need to fill it again.
