[esp-r] sub hourly climate data format

Dear All,
 
I'm sorry. I've been trying to create a minute time step climate data format 
for the duration of 1 week via temporal database facilities (.tdfa) but I can't 
convert it to  binary format. Please advice or anyone has such a file on that?
