Dear Francesco
if I understand you correctly, the res output "surface fluxes:sw rad incid
(other fc)" should be what you are looking for.
I usually define a small (0.1 x 0.1 m2) surface with abs=0.999 as "sensor"
and then use "surface fluxes:sw rad abs (other fc)", though. But as far as I
recall this is because the "incid" has some kind of obscure limitation.
There should actually be older threads in the archive on this question.
Have a nice Weekend.
Best
Achim

Dear all,
is there any possibility to get from ESP the global irradiation
incident an external surface as results. For sure is calculated
somewhere, but I never found where it is in the result manager.
I normally calculate the incident radiation externally with radiance,
but would be nice to have it in the result file of ESP-r.
Thank you very much in advance for your answers.
Francesco
