Dear Sergio

there are possibly several approaches. E.g. you can model a surface in your zone at the desired location (actually a pair of back-to-back surfaces can float freely in your zone). Then you can define a heat source in this surface. The heated surface will act as radiant source.

If your radiant source is located at a wall, you could model an additional zone "behind" the surface (cut the surface into your wall) and set all boundary conditions of this additional surface to "adiabat". Then control the additional zone to the desired temperature. It will act as a radiant source.
