A question about optical properties....

Double check that the multi-layer construction has the correct name of the optical attribute.

Go to a zone geometry and select the surface attributes menu and then look at one
of the glazings in your room - does the construction and and the optical name match?

You could try re-selecting the construction attribute name.

Should also select to 'rebuild the zone construction files'.

Lastly, generate a model QA report and look at the zone attributes and the
construction summary at the end of the report.

dear Roberta

for some reason the information contained in the zone geometry file (*.geo)
and the one contained in transparent construction file (*tmc) do not
correspond. You have to respecify the construction used for your window:
browse/ edit/ simulate -> composition -> geometry & attribution -> (your
zone) -> surface attributes -> (your surface) -> construction -> (pop up:
view your constr) no -> (pop up: modify your constr) yes -> (select a
transparent construction) -> exit -> exit -> etc..
when asked to update zone construction and/or TMC remember to say yes.
