Hi Koji Tokemasa

there would seem to be two possible sources of problems - your Tokyo
file and your constructions.

As your constructions lead to some kind of error (the fort.0 file?),
the question would be what is the actual difference between your
constructions and those from the standard data base you used? E.g. the
product density*specific heat capacity should be larger than approx.
100 to avoid problems, as far as I recall.

Have you re-imported the climate file in some type of graphing program
and looked at the data in detail in the vicinity of the numerical
problems? Or taken a hard look at the ascii file in that vicinity?

Best
Achim
