The model contents report includes a section with a summary of the UA and U values for major
categories of surfaces.  If the database section is verbose it will also include the area of
each construction as well as its standard U value.

I have a very general question, is there's a way to make ESP-r give us a "general U-value of an entire building" (in a simplification terms) or we need to do al the calculations by ourselves outside?
