The surface attribute USE is only applicable to the version 1.1 geometry
file and it is only currently used within the context of the UK code compliance
tests.  Surface USE are good for documentation and they will eventually
be used to help in the definition of flow networks.  ESP-r will work ok
if you leave the surface use at the default (normal surface).

If the message says NA then the topic is not available for the version
of the geometry.  If you want to update the model to include this additional
documentation then go into the *preferences menu of the project manager
and find the upgrade option.
