[esp-r] heat pump modeling

dear all

I'm using esp-r with the hvac facility in order to compare different heating 
and cooling systems for an office building.
Gcep and ashp routines use polynomial curves to obtain COP of heat pumps at 
differen conditions. In the source file I've found the reference to the 
report:

is it possible to obtain the referenced report?
