[esp-r] FW: How to set shading&Insolation factors?

Dear all:
I found all default shading factors are 0.000 for any surface.For exampe,shading factors for January of surface 1 is as follows.
> 24 hour external surface shading
> 0.000 0.000 0.000 0.000 0.000 0.000 0.000 0.000 0.000 0.000 0.000 0.000
> 0.000 0.000 0.000 0.000 0.000 0.000 0.000 0.000 0.000 0.000 0.000 0.000 # direct
> 0.000 0.000 0.000 0.000 0.000 0.000 0.000 0.000 0.000 0.000 0.000 0.000
> 0.000 0.000 0.000 0.000 0.000 0.000 0.000 0.000 0.000 0.000 0.000 0.000 # diffuse - surface 1
I wonder if shading factors 0.000 means that there is no shading?That is,100% of solar radiation passing through the window. If I define shading from 10h00 to 15h00 at 0.29,it means at this period,there is 71% of solar radiation passing through the window?The bigger shading factor is, the better the window shading effect,yes?This is abhorrent to shading coefficient which is a measure of the ability of a window or skylight to transmit solar heat, relative to that ability for 3 mm (1/8-inch) clear, double-strength, single glass.
In addition,I changed visable transmission of window glass from 0.76 to 0.29,and updated TMC files,but heat&cooling load and solar heat of rooms were the same.I can't understand.
