[esp-r] H3K reporting - input.xml file syntax

Hi all,

I wonder if someone could advise me regarding getting this input to ALSO produce a csv file with zone temperates at each time step.  It currently produces an xml file that merely contains min/max/avg values for temperatures over the simulation period.

I don't want to dump all data because it's pushing the limits of my computer.
