It is not clear from this message if the user was able to locate the results file
or if the results file was corrupted or some other fault. Were there any
warnings or messages given?

If you were not able to find the file it could be related to:

a) the simulator probably placed the results file in your home folder
and if the PATH to that folder is very long or has unprintable characters
in it the search for the file may fail

b) You are probably using a slightly older version of the native windows version
and I could send you a newer version which might work better on your machine

c) You chose a silent simulation - also try running the simulation in interactive
   mode.

If you know the name of the file that was created (using the Windows file search)
then use the file browser to locate that specific file.

If the results file was corrupted it would be useful to try to run a simulation
with one of the exemplar models and see if that set of results can be used.

Subject: [esp-r] *.res file

dear all,

as i was going thru the tutorial of the simple building, i was able to run the program but it seems i cannot open the *.res file. i am using the native windows simulator since i still do not have a linux station. is there any way i can open the *.res file without resulting to installing a linux platform in my pc?

thanks!
