[esp-r] a future version of ESP-r will support solar obstructions with two position rotations.

Have a look at the attached images (hopefully they will get past the filters).

This model has a number of obstruction blocks and one of them has
a 2nd axis of rotation.  Before this one would have to use many smaller
blocks to represent something like a sloped roof overhang. Now the
obstruction can follow the slope of the roof.  Big savings in time as
well as looking better.

Some testing still to do as well as a bit of work to see if these new
kinds of blocks can be passed to Radiance.
