You can find some tables about internal gains in standard ISO  
13790:2008 Energy performance of buildings -- Calculation of energy  
use for space heating and cooling.
The tables report also the time distribution of internal gains.  
unfortunately now I'm not in office and so I'm not able to report you  
directly the tables.
