For a description of ideal control in ESP-r a good source is the
ESP-r Cookbook which is available on the ESRU web site in
the ESP-r downloads area :  software -> esp-r -> beginners guide

Ideal zone control actuators are abstract - they define where heating
or cooling is injected but do not define the physical attributes of the
device (e.g. coil spacing, tube thickness).

Subject: [esp-r]  actuator action?

Hi,

    What is the mean of "actuator" in Zone control? There are only two choice:
a at current zone air point
b mix of convection and radiation

How to determine the action of "actuator' ? And "Actuator" is an abstract object or not?

Thanks
