Nalin,

There is a bug in the code there. It has now been fixed and should soon be
available in the next release. In the meantime change your boundaries so that
the openings are not in the south and north face but in the east and west
face of the CFD grid, or replace your source file esruprj/edcfd.F by the
attached and recompile.
