I managed to convince my IT dept setting up the following ftp for download.

ftp.owenscorning.com
Username: OCEnergySolutions1
Password: Nergy4me! (case sensitive)

Note: this site opens only for limited period. Will appreciate anyone can
help to host or distribute it to friends and colleagues.
