EnergyPlus comes with a weather converter which can translate CLM text
files to EPW format. A good test -- convert it to EPW and back to CLM.

Subject: [esp-r] exporting epw
Dear users
I am trying to make a model for comparing the simulation result of esp-r
to that of the energy plus.
I want to export the epw file from my clm db in esp-r. (seoul default
weather data - You can't find it in energy.gov)
Does somebody have any idea about this?
When I convert the current weather db(ascii) to epw using the converter
on the energyplus, I just got error message.
Thank you for your answers in advance.
Lewis Yook
p.s. let me attach the weather file (ascii) for your reference
