I am writing a paper for IBPSA 09 about some of the issues related to documenting open source simulation tools (for developers, practitioners and students). I wanted to set the context vis-a-vis the decision to go open source. I can't find the brain cell that remembers the date that this happened. Anyone remember? -Jon Hand
