[esp-r] Daylight simulation

Hi,
 
I would like to run a daylight simulation in ESP-r. Do I need to have radiance installed in my computer? also, can I run the simulation directly from ESP-r or do I have to import the file into radiance?, and one last question, for the windows and glazing properties, can i import files from the WINDOW software from LBNL?
