[esp-r] test OSX version of ESP-r available - need volunteers

We have had some reports that the current ESP-r installer
script for the OSX version of ESP-r is not working on
some computers.

I have created a tar file for the X11 version and one for 
the GTK version. Both are designed to be extracted to
the /opt folder (so /opt must exist and you will probably
have to do a 'sudo' command to uncompress and extract
the tar.gz file in the /opt folder. And as usual you will
have to update your PATH environment variable to include
an entry for /opt/esru/esp-r/bin. You will also have to
have X11 running on your Mac. The setting up instructions
for OSX are on the download site page. 

The executables were created on a PPC
Mac but they should run ok in emulation on an intel based
Apple machine.

If anyone is willing to test this out please let me
know and I will use send-this-file to send you a
link for downloading.
