A recent question about short timestep data and radiance coupling...

::There are a few lines as follows in the facade_5.cfg file, which locates in ::/opt/esru/espr/training/cg_ctl/daylit_coef/cfg/,

::*tdf  dec94.tdf
::# tdf item id, item type, <related zone>
::diff-5       DIFHSLT   ALL
::glob-5       GLOHSLT   ALL
::* end tdf

::what function the above lines has?

The above lines identify that there is short frequency (5 minute) data
associated with the model, the data is held in a file named dec94.tdf

And two items in dec94.tdf are used by the model. diff-5 which is
diffuse horizontal solar radiation, and it is associated with all zones.
glob-5 is global horizontal radiation and it is associated with all
zones.

This tells ESP-r when it runs a simulation to take the diffuse horizontal
and global horizontal data from this file rather than from the
normal climate file.
