A single layer thickness of 1.5m is going to make the solver
work very very very hard. Recommend you create at least 3 and, if possible
about 6 layers to represent such a thick construction. There is advise
in several places in the interface and in the documentation that
suggests how to deal with thick constructions. The interface
probably warned you when you were creating this thick layer.
There is no real material that has absolute absorption
and so it warns you. Put in 0.999 will be very close
to that absolute state.

it is a problem, and also if this sort of info is documented anywhere?

0.00000, 0.00000
the thick (m) value (1.5000) > normal maximum 0.50000!
WARNING: in ./test_building.con: 0.322 1.000 0.322 1.000 1.000 1.000 0.190
the inside face abs value (1.0000) > normal maximum 0.99900!
