Hi David,

 

You could model a black colored box with the dimension of 1 m x 1 m x 1m. You will get in the result-file the insolation for each wall orientation.

 

I heard, that there is a possibility to create the diffuse radiation based on the horizontal radiation in the climate-program (clm), but I have not tried this yet.

I'm a newbie

I need to know the insulations per month of four vertical walls (4 directions different).

I have made a climate data base (Changde in China) and I've have the horizontal insulation (diffuse and direct).  

What can I do?
