[esp-r] how to export weather file as text format(acII code)file?

Dear all,
 
how to export weather file as text format(acII code)file?
I use esp-r linux 11.4 version,and I try to export one city's weather file as text format, in database mantenance and with weather bowse/edit module, after I oprate export, no file is created in the specified folder.
