ESP-r has a text file that it reads called 'climatelist' in the
installed climate
folder. The items in this file include a tag ONLINE or OFFLINE to
signal
if the specific climate file is available on the computer.
To check this out on a Windows machine look in the folder C:\Esru\esp-
r\climate
and open the climatelist file in WordPad and identify the name of the
climate file of interest. Check if that climate file is actually in
the climate
folder and if it is make sure the tag in 'climatelist' for that file
is edited
to ONLINE. After you save 'climatelist' re-open esp-r and see if you
can select this climate file.
