A recent question:

is there a possibility for setting up a control rule like: act if
i.e. outdoor temp is lower then room temperature?

any hint or workaround is highly appreciated

There are flow controls that respond to the delta T between two
flow nodes. There are also flow controls with multi-sensors
so one may create AND or OR logic.

On the zone side there are no sensors which work on a delta T.

One might approximate a heater control by using an air flow
network and a flow controller and a mixing box zone (where
heat is injected) to blow heated air into a room based on flow
control logic.
