[esp-r] wet central heating and cooling system

Dear all,

I`m trying to build a wet central heating and cooling system with both 
a boiler and a simple 1 node cooler. It works fine, as long as I do not 
introduce a plant control loop for the cooler. If I do so, the actuator 
point of the first loop becomes invalid.
I do not want to limit heating, nor cooling to specific periods.
Can anyone advice me on that?
