[esp-r] another new ESP-r facility under test...

The attached PDF provides a heads-up for a new facility that I have
been testing that might save some users a bit of time when creating
zones and zones-within-zones.  It will not be in the any-day-now
public release but those with source code access will be able to
access it in the near future.
