I follow the same procedure as Monika, except that When I choose the data that I am interested in, I limit myself to 8 types (eg. resultant temperature for 1 zone = 1 type ;  relative humidity for 1 zone = 1 type).

The file name I give ends in ".csv" (without quotation marks). These ".csv" values can be opened in Excel through the menu Data -> Import external data -> Import Data. In the pop-up window which opens, choose delimited, then comma then FINISH !
