[esp-r] Radiance installation with Esp-r under Cygwin

Hi,

 

I am trying to install esp-r including radiance and have managed to get
the esp-r working (at least get the first window), but I have trouble
using the radiance part. In stead of .rif files I get fort.13 files. Is
this normal?
