[esp-r] Calls to RADIANCE rvu

Hi Ian,

the RADIANCE rview command was renamed to rvu a couple of years ago.
Although 'rview' is still provided as a link for backward-compatability,
there is usually a problem with vim (which also has an rview) command, so
it's best to not rely on it.

I ran a grep on the trunk tree, and made a view changes, replacing all
occurances of 'rview' with 'rvu'. Manually, that is, so all 'overviews'
are still left.

Please find my patch attached, hope you can implement it.

$ diff -uNr trunk.orig/ trunk/ > rvu.patch
